We help product businesses run more efficiently by putting better process and better technology together. That only works if we understand how you actually operate, which means asking a lot of questions and listening properly to the answers. We are deliberately small, deliberately specialised, and we look after your business the way we would want ours looked after.
Most system projects go wrong because someone configured before they understood. We do it the other way round, and in our experience it is the single biggest reason our go-lives tend to be dull in the best possible way.
Before anything is built, we want to know how orders really arrive, where the spreadsheets are hiding, and which part of the month everyone dreads. The answers shape the setup. Skipping this is what produces a system nobody uses.
Across a decade of implementations there is very little we have not already met, including the awkward parts: batch and serial tracking, landed costs that never reconciled, and reorder logic that keeps buying stock already sitting in the warehouse.
If Cin7 Core is a poor fit for how you operate, you should hear that from us on the first call rather than three months into a project. It costs us work occasionally. It has never once cost us a relationship.
No account managers sitting between you and the people doing the work. You meet the team on the first call, and it is the same team at go-live.

Bearded and tattooed operations puppet master. Makes sure every project and support request lands at the standard we promised.

Likes complicated books and streamlined projects. Gets clients onto their new system on time, on budget, and with minimal tears.

Raving Star Wars enthusiast who looks after client services and partner relationships, so the experience holds up long after go-live.
We specialise in one platform rather than spreading thin across a dozen. That is why there is rarely a Cin7 Core problem we are seeing for the first time.
The core of our work is implementing and supporting Cin7 Core, but a working operation is never just the inventory system. It is the accounting feed, the sales channels, the payment terms, the warehouse, and the reporting that has to reconcile at the end of the month. We work across all of it, and where something genuinely cannot be configured, our development team builds the missing piece.
We are not accountants and we are not your developers of record. On anything that crosses into tax, statutory reporting or financial advice, we will say plainly that you need your accountant, and we are happy to work alongside them.
The first call runs around 30 to 45 minutes. We will ask what you sell, how you operate, and what is currently going wrong. You should come away knowing whether we are the right people for the job.
